1. Like Wasabi's hubby Sion's company, our company also offer several choice of traditional Christmas goodies for us to choose (and completely free). There are: Biscuits Gift Box, Luxury Red/White Wine Gift Set, and a leg of Cooked Ham! When I first joint the company, because I was pregnant at the time, I thought I couldn't haven't Wine or the Ham, I had Biscuits (I didn't think deep enough, that both Ham and the Wine can be preserved for a long time). This time I had a big leg of ham! Not only we had plenty for Christmas, the ham last for at least two weeks!!! I think we are going to stay away from the ham for a wee while......
2. The first day of 2007, the yahoo club members had a gathering in my place. Doris brought her baby girl Lara over. We had a lovely afternoon. Now Jessie is expecting as well! We exchanged lots of tips, pros/cons of having a bundle in our life, and imaging what they will be like when they grown up
(all the usual mammy stuff). That was a lovely afternoon. Horatio had never seen anyone smaller then him, he was actually quite delighted!
3. Finally it was my time to mind the baby, now folks, I am happy to announce that I am once again Horatio's favourite tag along! HAHAHAHAHA
4. During my time off, I discovered a place called 'Lollipop''. It is a play land for little kids. They have different areas for toddlers and 3-5s. Adults and babies under the age of 1 are free, 2-3s NZD$ 6.00, 3-5s NZD$9.00. I can drink coffee and have a rest in the enclosed cafe while watching Horatio had a good time without worrying something might happened to him/someone might snatch him. Awesome!!!
5. Now Horatio became quite active, I am thinking of letting him to go to the Daycare a few days a week so my mam can have some time off. I had visited a few and place Horatio's name in. He won't be started untill he is over 2 but there is no vacancy for the Daycares at all right now and the waiting list is quite long. Thought might put the name in just in case.
