 Santa

 First year Horatio actually  noticed the existance of Santa.

 We headed to our GP for his Conjunctivitis checkup the other day (got it from other children in a Christmas block party) (Block party is a party organise by your street. Our road has it on pretty much every occation. There are a lot of household here have kids. So there is even a ice cream truck here every Sunday).  To our delight, we found out there was a Santa in our local mall for picture taken (the GP's clinic is in the shopping mall). Horatio immediately jump onto the lap of the man in red, blabbing away about life etc.). When asked what he want for Christmas, he said: "Presents!". Well, let's just say he's not a particular greedy person, doesn't have specific thing that he wants for Christmas. As long as persents he's jolly happ enough.

 Heart

  A bit gross, but suddenly Horatio is quite found of the topic heart.

  He can go on and on in Discovery Commentry about how the heart works, what happened if we cut our skin etc. He even went on telling you who has one heart and who has two (Doctor Who of course, he adores him). But I think he prefer to just talk, cause the other day we showed him the movie 'Pirate of the Carribean: The World's End.' Where Dave Jones's heart stored in a wooden chest.  He got terribly frighten after watching the scene twice, screamed his head off begging us to turn the movie off.

 Ham

 This year my work is very kind (considering I am on my maternity leave), they still gave me a 1kg ham for Christmas (chose from the options of Red/White wine, Cookies, and 1kg Ham, as per describe on this blog a few years back). Surprisingly Steven's work gave him a 1kg ham, too. Now we have two big heavy ham, one sitting in my father-in-law's fridge (cause our is just too small for two), one is sitting in our fridge. Looks like we won't be need any ham for a wee while.

 Eye colour

 What colour do you think Ambrosia's eye is?

 I had always thought her eyes is brown. But suddenly there are people who came to us in the parties saying what a pair of beautiful blue eyes she has? Aye? Are we colour blind or they are?

 Pixar

 Horatio now offically a Pixar addict.

 He loves all Pixar movies. Cars, a Bug's Life, Toy Stories, the Incredibles, even the latest WALL.E (yes, Wasabi, I managed to take him to the cinema to watch it at the end. It wasn't as horrible as I had imagined. Horatio had a good time and so was I). Now he has to watch them at least once daily (we have DVD handy) and absess with accessary (such as Cars' character Lightening McQueen). Goodness, hope this is not bad for him.

 Cat

 After nearly a year's morning, my father-in-law finally got himself another cat.

 His hame is Oscar (not associate to the cars, surprise, surprise). A 10 weeks old black cat with white paws and nose. I think his eyebrows are white, too. Very cute. Although I personally still miss his old cat Mugen.

 Horatio loves him to bits. Now we have a frew baby sitter everytime we went to visit his grandfather.

Car

 Not looking forward this holiday. Steven is going to his car racing event from 2/01/09 to 4/01/09, and I decided not tag along as it had always been very boring to me. Now I will have to look after two kids by myself for three days.

 God, how on Earth am I going to do that?
