Steven reckoned Horatio has some problems.

He's downright stubburn about it, no matter how many times I told him Horatio is perfectly normal.

Because when Horatio was born, there were a few minute he didn't breath. Since then Steven had been really concern about his brain. He firmly believed there must be some damages done on that.

After coming back from his friend Stuart's baby girl Lexia's 3rd birthday. This topic is brought up again. This time, big man like him was so horrified, he actually cried.

He believes Horatio isn't able to speak long complete sentence (ie, more than three words sentence) (yeah, I've heard him spoke a mighty long sentence in Chinese, but Steven didn't believe me), unable to answer questions start with W and H (all he did was repeat what you asked him), unable to take instruction such us how to play 'let's run to the gate and back', hence unable to socialise, and his ever growing obsession on fan (if he lives in Holland he will be heaven), are all signs of mentally retard.

My Horatio is mentally retard?

You've gotta be kidding me. He's trying to learn more than one languages (one Latinic, one Chinese, those are totally different linguistic system!), and you want him to speak them perfectly like all the other Kiwi kids?

He's been on this topic way too many times, plus he was actually in tears when he wanted to talk to me about this yesterday. To shut him up, I agree to contact Horatio's Daycare to arrange the Plunket nurse to do some initial assessment.

My instinct told me Horatio is perfectly normal. So if I am right, that will be really funny.
