↑You got my favourite guy and girl in the same ad? Gawd, I love you.
You know, before “The Mummy” and “The Mummy Returns”, I had never heard of her. So she’s pretty recent on my list.
But it doesn’t mean the whole world didn’t know her. Apparently she got admirers way back in her University days. Her message box (not email ones) were often fulled Some even overflow to her neighbours’ (well, what can I say, when you deliver admirer letter, you tend to get very nervous and made some mistake).
She can be terribly funny like in the first Mummy, while being dead serious as the girl who seek revenge (and got it) in “Runaway Jury”. In my jargon (perhaps bad English), she’s one of those ‘properly trained’ actors/ actresses--the ones who attend drama school , got a degree for it, and spent equally amount of work on stage performance. I personally love this kind of performer (called me shallow, go on). Somehow their acting are different then other talented but ‘untrained’ ones.
There were rumor around saying she will be the new Catwoman in the Batman series.
She has a 2 years old child. Goodness, another yummy mummy.

.Don’t even twitch your eyebrow or make any sarcastic comment, I like Shu-Qi, there is nothing wrong with that.
Jen in “Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon” was suppose to be for her (what was her management company thinking? What kind of ad in Japan could be more important than that? Look at how renowned Zhang is now.).
