I recently saw this in the cooking show here, can't believe there is something this easy on the planet Earth. So I tried. Not only I found out it was really dead easy to make as promised, but saving a whole lot of trouble on keeping the fried egg on the right shape.



All you need is a few pieces of toast (easier to dig a hole and faster to cook), a few eggs and viola! 



Oh, they did suggested to take off some egg white to achieve the better result (otherwise it will go everywhere from the botton). But I am very crap at breaking egg (still struggle not to break the egg yolk). so didn't even bother to separate the damn thing. Just...used the thicker toast bread.



Also, upon doing research on the internet, I found another improved one called: Fire In The Hole. Pured in the hot chilly sauce before you put the egg in. 



Humm..
