 I only went away to fetch my camera, the hole on the botton grew bigger when I got back!

 My dear friend Katzie requested this. This is a lot simpler version compare to most of the online recipe, but yumminess all the same.

 I was on banana diet for about three weeks, lost a bit of weight, and thanks to that, we had awful lots of bananas in our house. While they are okay inside, their skin started having black spots. Steven, for some reason, refused to have any banana with black spots on the skin. I had to do something about those bananas.

 The lovely Google gave me the perfect answer: Banana Ice cream.

 Went to Pakuranga Shopping Mall to pick up Horatio’s glasses. Somehow the fixed glasses became slightly larger. While waiting for them to adjust the frame, I decided to drop by Stevens to buy the gingerbread man cookie cutter I spotted weeks ago.

 Only NZD$7, a marvelous cheap new toy to play with.

Decided to make Steven a Tiramisu cake for his birthday a few weeks back. Not sure if this is a good thing, Steven actually had no idea what that was. He thought it was some Jappie cake!

The recipes I got from Cabnolen and several others suggested a Kahula or Bailey is the best. But since we got kiddies in the house, I had to alter the recipe and put in Milo instead.

 Found this somewhere on the web when I had half of a bag of self raising flour and wanted to bake something without buying more ingredients. The website said this recipe is design for the children to bake. You can pretty much sit back, relax and watch them do something that is not destructive for a change. I am lazy to the core person, absolutely hate anything that trigger another singular cell in my brain or involve another string of muscle. This looked ideal to me (using only cup as a measurement and no scale whatsoever is involved). First try during the Christmas holiday proven to be very popular. So now this recipe, along with the chocolate croissant, become the permanent figure in our household.

 The reason I used the M&M is because the ordinary mini chocolate melt as soon as I stir them into the mixture. While the whirling effect look indeed very pretty, Horatio prefer to actually see some chocolate ‘bits’. Plus the effect of melting sugar coating on M&M is also very interesting. Once you get the hang of it, you can replace the chocolate with other things such as sliced almond, chopped peanut, etc.

   



The bakery in our supermarket had Croissant on 'Special', NZD$3.51 for four big ones, very special.
